Time and Absence Reporting Deadlines:

Due to the holiday schedule, the payroll period of Dec. 8-21 will have a strict approval deadline of noon on Dec. 23rd. Employees must have time and absences submitted accurately by the end of each work week.

Adherence to these deadlines is critical, as there will not be a first supplemental payroll or adjustment processes for late entries or approvals. This means pay will be delayed a minimum of two weeks if time or absences are not submitted and approved by the deadline.
